Racers: please help us by registering early and online. Go to...
http://www.runreg.com/6245 for the half-marathon run
http://www.runreg.com/6246 for the 5k run (or walk, if you prefer).

A trifold brochure with more information about the event can be found here.

The Iron Run half-marathon course for 2016 is slightly changed from 2015 to reduce time spent running on roads. Note that the total distance is actually 13.4 miles. A map may be found here

The Charcoal Challenge 5k course for 2016 is the same as in 2015 and prior years. The total distance is 3.2 miles. A detailed map with exact mileage plus course elevations may be found here

Any questions? Please email ironrunpgf@gmail.com.

Volunteers are also needed that Saturday morning. Please email pinegrovefriends@gmail.com if you can help us out.
